Question about 3Bet %

I see stox videos where the instructor's hud shows a player that has a 3Bet % higher than PFR %. How is that possible?

Both are divided by opportunity. A person could face 2 opportunities to 3bet, do it once, and have a 50% 3bet%. Same person could have had 6 opportunities to raise preflop and only done it once, giving him a 17% PFR.

Guy could have also been using more specific stats like by position, etc.
