show table VP$IP and instant hand history missing??

In my player preferences the 'show table VP$IP' box is missing completely from the options

and i can not find the instant hand history display on my HUD (i assume its connected to the VP$IP display as it looks like it is in the manual)

any one know why and how to fix it???

What version of HM and what Operating system?

i use windows XP pro.

i updated holdem manager to the latest version you posted.

the option to tick the table VP$IP is still not visible.

Can you tick "Show Table Averages" and set a number of pots to have HHs.
