Betfair problem

Dear HEM Team,

I installed HEM Trial yesterday, played over 2k hands without problem, but today the stats of some players on the table are completely gone...
I have a lot of hands with these players for sure, also when this problems comes, the last 3 hands history on table is not updating or missing some pots.
Everything is configured correctly - auto import folder, archive folder, etc. etc.

I use the latest version, playing only on BetFair, HEM is configured fine (worked ok 29.06), the import folder of poker client is correct, but I find something.
I try to reimport manual hand history files from archive folder.
So for 29.06 it works ok, but for 30.06 and today I got a lot of import errors:

If that doesn't help, we will get the support manager or developer involved.

Unfortunately, the same - errors on import, even HUD is not starting now.
Few weeks ago, I got some problems with corrupt files on the HDD, maybe that causes the errors? I'm going to start full HDD scan from system tools, hope that helps.
