HM importing problem

Hi, I noticed not all the hands are getting imported as I'm playing, how do I fix this

Also, is there a way to auto refresh my session stats? I keep on having to click on refresh

What version of HEM? What poker site? What operating system? If Vista make sure UAC is off and that everything is set to run as administrator.

Auto-Refresh of the Manager GUI is not an option. If you hover over the Table Manager's Spade Icon in the System Tray, it will diplay a popup of your current sessions hand count and profit/loss.

Its on partypoker, windows xp, and HM is version 1.09 Beta 9

Can you email some of the original hand history files for the hands that aren't importing, so the developer can look at them. email them directly to support@holdemmanager.net with a link to this thread.

Hi Kevin, I imported all the files you sent and there were no errors or missing hands. Maybe you have some filters set in holdem manager that are filtering out some hands?
