I really dont know how to use manager that well but here it is. When I click on manager it automatically starts auto importing instead of me having to click it. Now the stats dont show up in full tilt I just dont even kknow where to start. Help>?

Have you configured HEM to import from the FTP Hand History Folder? - How do i configure Holdem Manager to work with Full Tilt Poker? (http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=142)

Is the Table manager open? If not, try the HUD Options > Relaunch HUD

What version of HEM are you using? If it is 1.08.04, you need to update to the latest beta version, 1.09 beta 9 - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

If you are on Vista, you must turn off UAC. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73

Please do not make multiple threads pointing to your other thread. Be patient and someone will reply. There are a few of us that check the forums, but we are not on the forums 24/7. Sometimes it may take an hour or 2, especially if we are all busy doing remote support sessions.

You can also try emailing support@holdemmanager.net, but typically the forums are a much faster way to get a resolution.

K I am trying a few things right now. I cant restart because I am in the middle of a tourney I will let you know if I need anymore help. Im sorry for posting multiple times just didnt know where to post it

If you want a quick reply, from me - please post in the Quick Questions and Answers thread (http://208.109.95.123/forum/showthread.php?t=12420). That is the only thread on the forums that I use email notification for. If I am home, I will usually reply fairly quick.

Please let us know how it goes and if you continue to have trouble. If necessary we will get you a remote support session setup.
