sup
I acidentally lost my whole database and asked microgaming to send me my hand history
so they sent me a bunch of .XLS files and now I can't import because HEM doesn't read this format I guess
there's anyway to do it ? if I convert to another format or something ? how is the easy way to do it ?
thanks

Do the .xml file contain the handhistories in their original formatting?
Or are they now in a completely different format?
Original format example: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/getattachment.php?data=MzU2fE1pY3JvR2FtaW5nIENhc2g gSGFuZCBTYW1wbGUudHh0

No, HM don't recognize such format.
Ask room support for "text" version (if it exists).

HoldemManager can't import that formatting.
Nor is it possible to ever import that,... or 'convert' it to a importable format.
Because the spreadsheet only shows how much you won, but doesn't list crucial information like:
-who were the other players at the table
-what were their stack sizes
-what were their actions
-etc.

I have exactly the same problem as OP. Have you developed somekind of a program that makes the importing of those files possible? I have HM1.
