I have hud stats but no hands in database

Today i played some sessions HU NL and had my HUD open and it was updating the stats. After the session i wanted to check out some hands but nothing of the data ever reached the database it seems. Under report no change in winnings and other stats and under session it says the last hands i played where 2 days ago.

I have done a handful of these remote support issues the last few days. I don't know that I have been able to get any to work, unfortunately. There are usually some SQL errors associated with when trying to connect to the the Database Management Control Panel. I just finished one of these support sessions and wasn't able to reconnect. He ended up having to uninstall and reinstall PostfreSQL.

Download and install the Teamviewer software using all the default settings. Or you can use the Quick Support version which doesn't have to be installed.
