Pacific network - tourney duration is wrong

I am trying to see what's the average duration of a tournament. I am playing on the Pacific network(Lucky Ace Poker skin) and HEM is not able to distinguish from turbo and regular speed and tells me for almost every tournament that it lasted 29 mins on average which is way too long(for a heads up game).

The weird part is that when HEM classifies a tournament as "not finished" the duration is correct.

I just posted my own thread about this same problem. Unfortunately I found this thread after creating it and don't see an option to delete it.

I have the same problem as regis49 , also playing HU SNG (Turbo) the avr. time is always displayed at about 29minutes.
could you please post the solution.
