When i open up HEM i get a message that says "The file ior directory C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Importing\Status\Command.dat is corrupt and unreadable. Please run the Chkdsk utility. I ran two separate virus scans and they both came back clean, but said that this file was corrupt. How do i fix this issue?

I am going to escalate this to the developer.

Hi, are you able to delete this file? Try rebooting and then delete it and launch HM again. This file just tells the importer what to do - weird that it seems corrupted and possibly locked though

I am having the same issue and I cannot delete the file.

Try to turn off UAC, reboot, and then try to delete it.

http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.

You can turn UAC back on, if you want, but you need to set HM and HMHUD to run as admin.

Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm....aspx?faqid=73 and/or holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu.
