Unable to import from Full tilt poker

As far as I am aware I am importing from the correct file however the HUD stats won't appear on the screen. However I did notice that my Full tilt hand history is being saved to a compatibility folder within the folder I am trying to save my hand histories to.

What version of HEM and Vista or XP? If it's Vista make sure UAC is off and you have rebooted since turning it off. If you don't have version 1.09 beta 8, please update - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe


You have to first turn on the option in the full tilt client to save hand histories, and go play at least one hand, so the client will create the hand history folder and write the first HH file.

options > hand history > check the box to 'save my hand histories'

play one or 2 cash game hands.

then you should be able to find/select the folder in HEM that was just created for the HHs
