I'm playing on an ongame.it skin and HM always worked perfectly.
After the last session I noticed HM is showing a larger profit, it shows winnings for about 150€ more than what I have in the cashier.
I'm playing NL100 so it's a big enough difference.

Is there a way to know if HM is missing some hands and possibly fix the problem?

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

And reimport your hands into a new database: Options--> Database Management--> Connect--> Create New Database--> (set it as default)--> Start HoldemManager

clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected)

I did that, but nothing changed.
I re-imported hands from HMarchive btw, is it the correct way to do it?

Yes, if the hands are in the archive.
The basic question is are you missing hands or profit?
Which columns are you using in the reports? If you are playing Euro tables winnings contains wrong values, you need to add $(USD) and €(EUR) to the reports: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/369/Multi+Currency

I was already using € currency because I'm playing on Euro tables.
I don't know if I'm missing hands, I just assumed it because I have my €(EUR) column shows winnings for about €150 more than what I'm actually winning.

Btw my "winnings" and "€Eur" columns show the same value while my "$USD" column shows an higher value (equal to € value / currency exchange rate for € I have in currency settings).

You should check the handcount for your next sessions - if you have a disconnect for example the hands will be lost.
And you can try to create a new database for a test, import some sessions and compare the results to your existing database.
