HUD stays at 1 hand if certain characters in name

Player in seat 4 has /// \\\ in name and will not display more than 1 hand. #hands is first in 2nd row. Has been sitting there for since table starts.

Same with " and * but I already told you.

Can you send some of these hands to us zipped at hm2support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread? We need that, and possibly a team viewer session when this happens. I don't have anyone with these in my DB.
