I'm not sure how to interpret these stats? Am I getting pretty unlucky? (pic attached)

I would say its normal variance. Sometime you run better than all-in EV sometimes not.
Don't put to much on this stat. :)

How is it calculated/forumla? I'm just trying to find out that it's not bad play lol.

I recommend you go through the manual. There you find explanations for the stats: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HoldemManagerManual.pdf

Your EV difference over 25.000 hands is normal.

You'd be "unlucky" if for example your winnings were -$100 and your $EV was +$500. (but even a $600 difference at your limits over 25.000 hands is not uncommon once in a while)

Your low W$SD% is a lot more worrisome. Only 2 out of 9 sessions your W$SD$ was above 50%, so most of the times when you go to showdown you simply don't have the best hand. (your preflop, allin, turn, river allin stats tell the same story. All of those stats should be +55%)

at what point should they converge? 100k hands?

Mathematically speaking they should not converge given there is already a gap (big or small) between your winnings line and your EV line.

However the ratio gap:winnings should go towards 0 on the long run.
