View Full Version : Cant stop autoimport - program freezes

Hi!
I bought HM pro + Omaha. I can no longer use the program at all.
There is no hud, and if I click "stop import", the text changes to "Stopping" and then freezes permanently.

I play mostly on VC poker (iPoker), but I have some hands from Pokerstars and partypoker too. I run Vista.

Help please!

Please try updating to the latest version 1.09 beta 8

same here...but my OmahaManager does not freeze. it just doesn´t stop importing...it says "stopping...." but that for 10min now. and i allready updated my version.

i can restart the program...but then i can only click on "stop import" without havin it started.

There are some small issues with the import process.
If you stop it and close the program please check the hmimport.exe in the task manager. Sometimes its still running. You can "kill" it and after that HM should work normal again.

nope sorry.... i rebooted and it still is on "stop import" when i start the program. something is fucked up.

delete the files in the importing\status directory

Solved by the customer by disabling UAC. :D
