HEM is skipping some hands on auto import. The majority of hands are getting imported, but about %10 of them are not. I'm playing NL on Bodog, and running Version 1.11.06b on Windows Vista. missing hands are in hand history folder, but not importing for some reason. Let me know if there's any other information you need to make a diagnosis.

Please update to the latest version 1.12.03
http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_1.12.03.exe

And you have to use IdleMiner to get hands from Bodog

I did the update and already have idle miner. Still having the same problem. Any other ideas?

clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected)

set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) with regional settings English (United States)

Update Vista to Service Pack 2
Run an additional manual Windows Update and install ALL .net framework updates.

Filters clear, date format correct, service pack 2 installed, and UAC off. still skipping some hands. not sure how to make sure my version of .net framework is up to date though.

If you have Vista/XP:
1) Download and run this uninstaller - http://videos.holdemmanager.com/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip
2) Install this one: http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/0/e/20e90413-712f-438c-988e-fdaa79a8ac3d/dotnetfx35.exe

I think I figured out what the problem is. I went through my hand histories, and found out that the hands in question were imported with the hero name as "0". There are 1591 hands imported with the incorrect hero name. Is there any way to do a batch correction of these hands, and to prevent idle miner from making this error in the future?

Just create an ALIAS:
add "0" and your regular nickname to the alias.
Then select the ALIAS.

Contact Idleminer if they can fix this issue.
