I use TN + TNPP
I use ctrl-up/down for betting with the mousewheel in both tools
however it doesnt work on party anymore

that is the log

I'm unable to reproduce this unless the hotkey is already assigned. By default cntrl+up and cntrl+down are assigned to increment and decrement bet on the "Action hotkeys" tab. Is this the case?
