HUD does not appear but folded cards shown and hands importing. Tried relaunching HUD but still not working.
Please help.

What version are you using? If it is older than 1.09 beta 7 you need to update to 1.09 beta 8, cuz of the recent stars updates - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

I'm using the latest beta but the HUD isn't working for me on Stars for tournies. It only seems to not work on the 6-max turbos (I guess I don't know about 6-max regular or full ring games). I tried a micro NL cash game real quick and it worked fine. It seems to pick up the tourney hands OK once I use Table Finder but that's sort of a pain.

Possibly related? I don't see any hands under Tourney -> Hands. I have no filters set. There's data for the Results tab though.

Are you using 1.08.04? You need 1.09 Beta 7 or 8 for it to work with stars tourneys, due to recent stars updates. http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

It says 1.09 beta 8 in the title bar so I assume that's the most recent. I just updated it yesterday I think.

If it's a Vista PC please be certain that UAC is off. If it got turned on somehow, please turn it off and reboot. If it was already off or you have XP, please email me at fozzy@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread, your forum name, and your AIM/MSN/Skype, so we can setup a Teamviewer (http://www.teamviewer.com)session.

It is an XP machine but I run it as a user account. I tried running HM as Administrator and it works. Could you tell me what the difference is please? I don't see why it needs to run as Admin especially when stars is also running as a user account. This worked fine before.

With Vista it needs to be 'ran as administrator' or have UAC turned off completely. This doesn't apply to you.
