View Full Version : 888poker import problem facecards: all facecards are imported as Aces!!!

I have an import problem with 888poker. All the facecards are imported as aces.

Also the results do not seem correct.

I already reinstalled HM to the newest version. I also tried to create a new database, but the problem is still not solved.

Is there anybody who can help me?

set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) with regional settings English (United States)

Update to: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_1.12.03.exe

Create a new empty database: Options--> Database Management--> Connect--> Create New Database--> (set it as default)--> Start HoldemManager and reimport your hands.

Which PostgreSQL version are you using?

I am using version 8.4 from PostgreSQL. Could this be the problem?

Is it possible to update without removing and re-installing?

Yes. Just run the HM update.

You can also update PostgreSQL with the latest 8.4.x installer, without having to uninstall first.
