how to make hem for observed hands at stars

Hi there,I had my hem worked for observed hands but it was older version.And after some stars updates my hem wasnt working so i updated to 1.08.04 and now i cant see the stats of the players when i observe tables

You need to update to the latest beta version to work with the most recent Pokerstars updates.

1.09 beta 8 from the Releases sub-forum - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

I made all the things and my hm is working now but it doesnt update the observed players's screen stats

You mean the HUD doesn't appear or the Stats in the HUD don't update?

For Stars it is only possible to import ONE observed hand per Table. So there will be no update to the stats.
