View Full Version : HEM needs reactivation?

Hello,

I've recently upgraded my operating system and now HEM is telling me I have to reactivate. When i try to do this, it tells me there is an error and will not let me. What can I do to reactivate my software?

Make sure you have upgraded to the latest beta (http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe), if you have anything older than 1.08.04.

Then send an email to sales@holdemmanager.net

I have upgraded to the latest beta. It still does not activate and says i have to first deactivate the software from the original machine before attempting to activate again. Could you please point me in the right direction? Hopefully it is an easy fix.

Whats the error you are getting? Click on details when the error comes up
