Where did you download the skins?
Just use the CR skin instead. I don't think the old skins work anymore after the replayer makeover in 2010.

They should work, assuming they all contained the proper/necessary files, you unzipped them properly, and placed them all in the proper sub-folders. If they are really old they may be missing some files (TableData.xml and TableElements.xml) and not able to be picked up by our main config file for the setting name="ReplayerSkinToUse".
Can you post a screen shot of your \rvg software\holdem manager\replayer folder with the folders tree expanded? Can you zip your \replayer folder and attach it or email it with a link to this thread to support@holdemmanager.com ?

There are some replayer skins in this sub-forum - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/share-your-replayer-skin-files/
I made a handful of others that you can see listed in the picture above but I never got permission to release them so they were for my personal use only.

They are too old to use. They will not work if they dont have those xml files properly created/configured.
You might be able to copy/paste those files into the \default folder, but I would suggest you search out some properly configured replayers like in the thread I linked to.
