not importing properly

Hey

i Have exported hands from hem(beta) and now i cant import them on formatted comp, it always say found 0 files to import, then on my friend computer which uses same beta version he tried to import it and it insta worked. What is this and why i cant import them?

Also is there a way to keep database smaller size since i go this new ssd disc now and its only 80gb.
