Cake problem

I changed my SN on cake (bc they let you once a week)

and now HEM wont pick import my new SN's stats (wont import to my HEM alias for all sites, AND it wont just recognize my new cake sn by itself)

anyone else have this problem?

for clarity: i can find my new name in the player options

like when i click change ..... but it keeps saying this new cake player (my new sn) has 0 hands

also in my HH file, i found this

this is my new SN ..... in seat 3 .... im not sure if my old SN said the entire name here or what ..... hope this helps!

ok --- sorry for 4 posts in a row

but, my old HHs (i found them in the processed HH folder) did contain my entire cake SN, so they were able to be imported to HEM

how do i fix this?

i just played again and my entire new sn is showing up in the hh

and the import is wroking fine

i guess i just had to restart cake or something .... sorry for the long, rediculous posting

actually im having the same problem.

I changed my screename from RobaMonte to Reserved! (doest the "!" have something to do with it???) and its not tracking anymore.

The HHs are being saved, I find the new SN on the database but it shows "0 hands" when I choose it to show a report or something.
