Firstly, sorry if i posting in wrong session.

My problem is: i bought 'my' HM Pro at PartyPoker store, where it says that i will get an email with license in max of 24hours. Then i send an email to they asking for my license, and they said that i need contact HM support, almost anything like these " its a thirdy party program and license arent our problem"

Sooo... then i send an (two to be honesto) email to HM support. And now got a answer saying that i need wait for Corporate Support Manager, Jeff Miller repply. That should take up to 36hours.

Theres anything that can i do? At store its says 24hours to get a license.

ps. sorry for my poor english too.

24 hours - this is for "normal" purchases.
Your case is more complicate and need some decisions, as you have been told.

My purchase arent normal? Why need some another decisions?
Its only a license that need should be send to all ones that but it.

We generally only issue licenses that were purchased directly in our store. This is "normal" purchase.
As you purchased HM from a reseller, the license generally needs to be issued by them.
As Party Poker did not issue you license, our corporate support manager needs to figure out why that happened, which unfortunately takes longer than a regular purchase.
