i started HEM and i got a message on the import screen saying that it was vacuuming or analyzing stats for one of my screen names. all my stats/info from this year up until a few days ago are now completely gone. i only have data for a couple days this week.

can someone explain what this is and how i can retrieve my data?

Do you use an alias to combine screennames?

yes. my alias isn't in the DB anymore either.

does it work without the alias?

there is no alias for me to select. the list is completely empty.

after all the data had disappeared, it removed my alias linking all my names.

do your hands appear if you actually use the screennames? if yes, just create a new alias

no.

all hands and data, except for the last few days have completely disappeared. specifically searching for one name that i've used for the past 2 months has returned only 1000 hands played, when i've actually played over 30,000. there is zero data beyond those hands.

this includes data not only on myself or any of my poker screen names, but for other players in my database as well. players whom i've had over 2000 hands of data/history with now only have the 20 or 30 hands i've picked up on them with my session today.

strangely enough, there are some pockets of data on other players that are from a couple months ago. additionally, the number of hands that OEM returned on them are still far less than the data i had before. one player whom i've played several times with and had over 1k+ hands worth of data on had a search result of only 130 hands.

It sounds like it is using s different DB now somehow since none of these things would have been caused by a normal optimization

just a quick a mention on the problem:

it went back to normal the next day (likely after i restarted the computer) and was fine for a few days. however, it re-occurred again just today. i noticed this time that the player pool dropped from about 15k to 4kish.

fabio i sent an email in regards to scheduling a TV session. thanks.
