Hello,

since i am now at raketherake I want to have my rakeback in my hem. But I feel, that HEM just calculates too much rake and therefore too much rakeback.
I generated a rake of $100.89 in 5059 hands at 0.05/0.10 SH NL holdem.
With rakeback of 27% that would be a rakeback of 5bb/100 hands!!!! I feel like this is WAY to much or am I wrong?

thats correct, the rake is very high at such low stakes

Even at higher stakes... with a winrate of -2BB/100 + rakeback you can still make a profit! :)

Well, I still think that HM calculates too much rake or I don't understand sth. My produced rake according to HM is 241.04.

My raketherake account pays back 47.84 and lists a produced rake of (which is obv consistent with my rakeback): 177.20

Sry for making a new thread, but the old one has this checkmark and is not read by anyone. http://www.holdemmanager.net/forum/showthread.php?t=12274

I merged the 2 threads and have forwarded a link to this thread, to the developer for a reply.

It currently uses Total Rake / Total Players dealt cards which for some sites is not consistent with how they calculate rake. This will be fixed in an update

Hi obwohl,
Holdem manager shows you the dealt rake. This is absolutely correct for FTP but not for the calculation base they use at raketherake for rakeback. At first you have to differ between MGR and dealt rake calculated by Holdem manager, it doesn`t include a timeframe. Thats the difference between dealt and MGR. M stands for 'monthly' so to compare MGR and dealt you have to use a timeframe at Holdem manager (e.g. 6/1 to 6/30). But thats not enough, the guys at raketherake use NGR not MGR (net gross revenue). Thats MGR ./. costs (you can find these costs at raketherake TOC).

OK, thanks for the info. Would be nice to implement that into HEM!
