I just downloaded HM2 and the newest update, but when i try to start it says i don't have a valid license.
What to do?

Please give HoldemManager Administrator rights:
1) Go to C:\Program Files\Holdem Manager 2\ (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
2) Right click the HoldemManager.exe and choose “Properties”.
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select “Run this program as an Administrator”. If the option is greyed out then this is because you’ve UAC disabled, in which case enable UAC Disable User Account Control (UAC) the Easy Way on Win 7 or Vista - How-To Geek (http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/disable-user-account-control-uac-the-easy-way-on-windows-vista/) and reboot the PC then do step 3 and then you can disable UAC again if you like.
4) Do the same for HudFuncsApp.exe

Next, Enable the option to see Hidden Files and Disable “Hide protected operating system files”: How to see hidden files in Windows (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html) - It should look like this: http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/images/hidden.jpg

Now Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\ Holdem Manager 2.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\ Holdem Manager 2.lic)
If that doesn’t work please try this:

1. Create a new text document in C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager \Config folder by right clicking inside the folder on a blank space, choose New from the popup Menu and then choose text document and name it LicDebug with a capital L and D
2. Open HM2 and register
3. Close HM2 and delete the LicDebug.txt file if it fixes the issue or not

Check Proxy settings

Uninstall and Reinstall Holdem Manager

If you continue to have registration issues, please send your Reg.log file.
XP:
c:\documents and settings\{username}\app data\HoldemManager
7/vista
c:\users\{username}\app data\roaming\HoldemManager
For both, you have to show hidden files:
XP:
Open My Computer or Windows Explorer
Click Tools/Folder Options/File Types
Check Show Hidden Files
Click ok
7/Vista:
Same process, but click organize/Search & Folder Options/View

Have tried it , the only thing that happend was that the warning text doesn't arrive anymore :(

I just deleted HM2, where can i download the program again?

If it not work after this where should i send the reg.log file?

What happened? You said it didn't have the warning message? Did it do something else?

I have done all of the shown steps. I didn't delete all of the player files in Revo because I didn't know if i needed them. Upon reinstalling I know enter my code and login infomation. It says "Success" then goes on to say "beta version has expired". I am having no issues on my other pc.

Download the latest version - see post 4 - and that will fix it.

The amount of fucking times I am on this forum is simply amazing. Why cant you just release a fucking program that works like other companies do.

I got as far as "Now Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\ Holdem Manager 2.lic"

Then quickly realised XHEO INC folder doesnt excist.

One more hour clocked onto the list of trying to fix holdem manager or table ninja.

"To use Holdem Manager an Administrador must grant permission to run the software the software at least once.

To grant permissions to the application, select the Authorize button and ask an Administrator to enter their login information."

I click Authorize( even tho its already running as administrador) and gives the Message: A valid license could not be obtaind for 'Holdem MAnager'. Please contact PASG, LLC for assistance.

Please send your Reg.log file from the C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder folder. (XP users will find that in C:\Documents and Settings\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder.
If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'reg'. Email this log file to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

bump, same problem here

- I have administrator rights
- Can't delete Holdem Manager 2.lic (can't find XHEO INC folder with both options enabled using Windows 7)
- Creating LicDebug.txt doesn't work
- Change proxy settings doesn't work
- Reinstall HM 2 doesn't work

What should i do now? Email the reg.log file?

same problem here, asked me for key, first time it was ok, but right after start and clicking reports program crashed, now asks me for key and I get "errors while registering with server" everytime.
Have admin rights, deleted hm2.lic from XHEO INC folder, reinstalled, problem remains, both with newest and previous build.

Registration errors can have many causes, please email the log to support and this will tell us what the error is.

Please send your log.txt file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder. (XP users will find that in C:\Documents and Settings\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder.)
If you have extensions turned off then it may be just called log. Please email the log, directly after you have the issue and before you restart HM2, to hm2support@holdemmanager.com along with a link to the thread or a summary of the issue you’re having

absolutely THIS. Lol you guys need to spend 10 bucks on learning how to write a software, I already am having huge problems with HEM2 and I have to run it for the first time yet.

Also, can you please tell me something I should do that I can understand WITHOUT being a computer programmer?

Damn it, it is a *** upgrade of an existing software, why has it to be this difficult?
This is unacceptable.
