If the hem is working for several hours, i sit at many tables, all are tracked by table

manager. If i open one table at which im sitting which wasnt shown at my display before, i

see the table border and the comp freezes for like 10 seconds and unfreezes once the table

finally pops up. Is there any way to remove that 10 seconds delay, everything is optimized

btw.

What antivirus/firewall are you using? What site are you playing at? What are your system specifications (Ram, CPU, OS?

How many tables are you playing when this happens? Does it happen when you only have a few tables open?

Following the directions in this FAQ may help as well: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/manager-general/11194-top-10-hem-performance-increase-tips.html

drweb/win 7 firewall. All popular sites it doesnt matter what site. Number of tables doesnt matter, say i play 0 tables but table tracker tracks 20. Cant test it with few tables open

As i told problem only happens after hem is running for several hours, so i dont think firewall/antivirus matter

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (or later for w7) installed.
