HUD seating pref on Stars

I'm having trouble getting the HUD to line up with 6max cash games. My preferred seat is the bottom right one on racetrack, which I believe is seat 3. However I have tried other seats and I can't get it to line up. I can get it to line up when I click the spade and use the < || > buttons, but then when I hover over a player, the stats will become another player (the player who was originally in that spot) and this prohibits me from notetaking or using advanced stats. Any solutions? I hope this made sense.

1. Update your HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe

2. Go to Hud Options -> Player Preferences and disable "Fix my stat position"

3. Make sure you have selected seat 3 under Hud Options -> Seating Preferences

4. Open ONE table, wait until you get stats and align the stats how you want them

5. Save the Positions: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=149

6. Open more tables and see if it worked

you can backup your prefs.xml from the Config folder
