Problem installing

When I try too install I get this error right away.

Error opening file for writing:
HMImport.exe
I try reboot and uninstall then re install still always the same problem.
I'm using windows 7.

Ok I got it to install but there a problem with the visual I see block with nothing writing on them.
Anyone with this problem?
