Install the latest updates: HmUpdate_1.12.01.
I tried on the 1st and 2nd versions of cake client.
On the version 1 TableManager does not see any open tables at all.
On the version 2 TableManager saw open tables (incorrectly) but HUD still did not display.

Although the hands are imported in both cases.
In what may be the problem?
