Ongame and Ipoker hud doesn`t work

I have the problem that my import and hud doesn`t work for Ongame(whitebet) after they did their update. It`s not importing any hands for Ongame!
I updated HM with this link, like i was told in the 2+2 forum,
"http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe"
but the problem isn`t solved. Do i have to change some things?

After installing the new Patch i now have an additional problem:
On Ipoker i import the hands and HUd lists the table, but it has no stats about it.
Its 0 of 10 player no Avg Vpip nothing.....

Plz help me

Are you sure the ipoker hands are being imported? Do you see them within HM?

Thx somehow the Betfred import was kicked after the update....

Can someone fix my problem with ongame?

It worked for me with Ongame before, but after the update it crashed.

The path which is described on this link doesn`t work for me, becasue i don`t have no access to this area. IS there sth i can do about it?

Should i perhaps uninstall whitebet and install it again to a differnet folder?

You have to enable show hidden folders and files under control panel -> folder options

I can see the folder, but i can`t open it. Then i right clicked it and wanted to change the settings so i get access and it said: "This folder can`t be given free"

Sry i am german and can`t translate it better.

Does your Windows account have Administrator rights? XP or Vista?

Unfortunately i have vista. Yes i have admin rights, but until now probably not for that folder

Ok, i finally found the folder updated HM to 1.09 but still the HH aren`t imported.
What could be wron now?
