Having all kinds of problems!

Okay so I think I have three different issues, but they might all be linked up.

1) I noticed that when I look at files being imported into HEM that my archive said it was "disabled," which sounds like a problem.

2) Ipoker hands are kind of importing, but they are not showing up when I review sessions. The HUD works, but the hands don't show up on the graph or anything.

3) I can't get my HUD to start up on PokerStars or the hands to import. I've checked to make sure that Stars is downloading the files onto my computer and then HEM is linked up to that file, but not having any luck.

Please send us the hands that are not showing.

Make sure that your hands are being written as having been played at the correct time. Please add hand time stamp to the hands view columns in settings.

Does the time match up to the clock on your computer?

Do these steps get your HUD on stars?

You posted in the HM2 forums but now mention an old HM1 version number.

Are you having problems with HM1 or HM2?

If we are talking about HM1 we need to move this thread to the proper forum.






Okay so I think I have three different issues, but they might all be linked up.

1) I noticed that when I look at files being imported into HEM that my archive said it was "disabled," which sounds like a problem.

Some of the auto import folders do not need to be archived. They are used to help the HUD work properly and the temporary files are deleted on their own. Only sites you actually play at need to have the hands archived.

If you are still unsure if it is setup properly, send us your config file to review. Please attach your holdemmanager.config and prefs.xml file from C:\Program Files(x86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config. If your extensions are off you'll just see a file called holdemmanager and prefs. Windows hides 'known file extensions' by default. Configuring Windows To Show Extensions :: Scott Granneman (http://www.granneman.com/techinfo/windows/showextensions/)

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser) and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

Please update to the latest version 1.12.02 - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_1.12.02a.exe

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/98/How+to+Import+%26+Export+Hands
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.

If the problems persist in the new DB, Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com
