Purchased the HEM upgrade around 11hrs ago still nothing. I am worried I may have mistyped the email, hence the early post I have transaction number and what not I emailed to sales@holdemmanager.net to have them check on it, but seems like the first time I bought HEM SS I got it within 6 hours or so and just kinda curious where its at. Thanks guys.
