HEM not starting(error)

Hy,

Reinstaled winXP yesterday and now HEM is not working anymore.

On C:\ I have nothing related to HEM anymore.

On D:\ I have: ''HEM'' folder(25 MB)
''PostgreSQL'' folder(5,3GB)
''PostgreSQL 8.3'' folder(9 kilo)

If I doubleclick ''HoldemManager.exe'' I get ''This application has ancountered an error: 0xD0000135''.
If I doubleclick ''HMHud.exe'' it opens Table Manager.

What should I do?Delete everything and start over?I dont realy know what that ''postgresql'' is.......so..........?!?!?!

Tell me if u need to know anything else......

Uninstall HEM and reinstall using this version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/holdemmanager.zip

Ok. Did it and HEM is instaled succesfuly, but...........when I click connect it says: ''A connection to PostgreSQL could not be made''.

But like I sayd in my first post I have it instaled(it's 5GB).
