Hi.

I just moved from PS to Ongame, but have problems with my HUD display.

Table finder doesn't find tables automatically and when I do it manually, it doesn't change names/stats of players when I got moved to another table.

What's the problem? How to fix it?

This should be fixed - is your HM really displaying 1.12.01 in the title?

I have nearly the same problem, also ongame.

Hud won't show up on the table, even though I manually attach the red button in table finder to the table. It won't show the table in table manager.

I use 1.12.01 and table manager 1.12.0

Any suggestions? :)

Please update to the latest version 1.12.02 - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/releases/119461-1-12-02-official-release.html

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English.

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser) and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).


Try the table finder - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

If you don't see a table name listed, please drag the red X to the table and click OK. Open the Table Finder again and the list should be populated with the table name now, so you can select it.

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK

Update to 1.12.03 doesn't help
may be problem is in different # tables ?
its hard to play with this problem. when I forgot to change table manually (smtimes I even can't do it manually because table in window "1" wasn't shown) I continue to play with wrong stats from previous table!
PS. 1 - is the first table in the tourn. 2 - new table

There seems to be something wrong with your configuration.
1) Close Holdemmanager
2) Delete your existing file exenames.txt, so HM will rebuild it to default:
Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\exenames.txt
3) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

Still doesn't work even with deleting the file. And i have updated to 1.12.03b

1) Export any custom HUD configs and Copy/Paste your \Config folder before deleting any files as a backup.
2) Close HM and the Table Manager.
3) Delete your existing HUD Prefs files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
4) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, pospref2.txt, pospref4.txt, default.txt, and exenames.txt
5) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

In the picture there are no stats. But usually there are stats from previous table in MTT, after I transplanted to a new table

Are you using a custom table skin / modded cards?
Set everything to default, even don't resize the table, but set it to the default size before you use the TableFinder and move the red dot to the table: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/ConfiguringTableFinderToShowHUD

It helps. But what to do if I want to play with good layout. Because in towerpoker the worst layout is in the world.

Unfortunately HM can only detect the default layout.

You can try to modify colors, cards etc, but not table headers and other things which HM uses to identify tables.
Is it possible to use "partial" mod? If yes - try modding step by step and see what happens.

There were some Ongame fixes (to fix detecting tables when playing multiple tournaments).
The changes that have been made, have also overwritten old code that may have worked with custom skins.

We may tweak the new code again in a future update to bring back support for custom skins, but for the moment you'll just have to use the default skin.
