Having a nightmare getting HEManager working.
I purchased it yesterday and have spent the last 2 hours trying to get it working with no joy :(
Ive searched the threads on the forum, followed all the FAQ's, updated, uninstalled, reinstalled, altered setting, etc etc and still cant even get into the software.
I noticed on one of the threads the mention of using teamviewer to help get it running?
I cant do anything with it at the moment though which is rather frustrating!
Any help is greatly appreciated as im totally lost and frustrated with it now :confused:
