View Full Version : HM error at importing

in the last few days my hud stop working on fast tables on stars.i uninstall HM and installed it again and now it is not importing any hand it gives errors at importing.what should i do?
os: win7
HM: v1.11.06b1
update 1.12.01 installed

What anti-virus/firewall are you using?

i don't have an antivirus and firewall is turned off

Create a new database and reimport your hands. Options--> Database Management--> Connect--> Create New Database--> (set it as default)--> Start HoldemManager

Set the PokerStars lobby language to English.
Make sure the handhistories are saved in English.

set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) with regional settings English (United States)

Those hands import without problems for me with 1.12.01 - did you really update HM? It should display 1.12.01 in the title.

If its still not working:
Please check your windows regional settings (under control panel). Are you using a non standard setting for the date / currency formats?
If you change it to english (usa) and try to import the hands - does it work?

Every windows setting is set like that. Updated to 1.12.01, created new DB. Still no importing.
