I have the following problem in HEM pro:
After a format of my harddisk I have reinstalled HEM. When I want to activate online I get the following error message:
"Could not activivate license at server.
No more activations allowed. You must first deactivate the software from the original machine before attempting to activate again".
I am a little confused about what to do, since I am already using the original machine!
What should I do?
