Playing 5max on svenska spel but after the latest update it seems like the HUD makes the tables to freeze like this.

Had the same kind of freeze on Stars. NL25 FR only normal tables.

I am not 100% sure if this logfile was from a crash(mesage box that HM was crashed) or from a situation where I stopped HM via taskmanager.24371

If you want it I have now another logfile where stars was blocked due to the "black screen". Had to kill HM via taskmanager. Please tell me if you still need it or if there are already enough examples.

With 5041 no more blackscreen crashes so far on stars. Survived much longer now but had a crash with HudFuncsApp2.

The last post was not correct. 5041 still has the blackscreen freeze at least on stars.
Attached the normal log plus the hud log.

1) update your graphics driver. Sometimes you have to do it manually, windows doesn't always find new. In device manager (right click my computer, properties), in display adapter, it will list your model. Google that and driver and it should give a link to the manufacturer's page with the driver. Install that.

2) Make sure windows is updated.

3) Add your site's exe file, holdemmanager.exe and hudfuncsapp.exe to the firewall exceptions

4) If it still happens, turn off note caddy, does it happen again? Only try this after the other 3 steps though.

1) Driver is only two months old but I will install the latest nvidia driver.
2) Everything was already up to date
3) Was already inserted into firewall exceptions.

I will give it a try after the full install as requested in my other bug report. Expect a report tomorrow.

After the update of the display drivers I made another test and still got the freeze on Stars.
Now I have turned off note caddy and had a crash again.
logfiles inclusive hudlog attached. The hud layout is still the one I posted before.

Push again. Nearly three days now only to check the status.:(
It happens not only on Stars. For me also for example with 6 tables mixed 3 on party and 3 on Titan. Playing with less tables seems to make it more stable. I could play for nearly an hour with 4 tables on Stars.

We should be releasing a build with a fix soon.

Does this happen with or without note caddy?

I checked with patvs - he 24-tabled on stars without a lag with note caddy on the internal build.

The freeze on Party/ Titan was with Caddy active.

OK.

In HUD Options - config, enable hud logging.

In HM Apps - note caddy - settings, check log everything.

Then mail a log with a link to this thread to hm2support@holdemmanager.com when it happens:

THEN, uncheck show note caddy notes in hud options and see if it makes a difference.

Overnight, would you please try:

re-enable hud options
restart HM2
Go to hm apps, note caddy,
File - reset notes
After that is done
Click start to re-process the notes

Then see how it works the next day.

Sorry I was ill the last days and still not 100% fit. So I fear my next real sessions will be this weekend.
Do you still need this test with this time frame in mind or shall I wait till after the next beta release?
