Sorry if this has been posted elsewhere, but I could not find it, so:

Last night while playing a cash game at the turn of day 1200am, my graph stopped updating. Everything was working fine, then at the turn of day, nothing.

If I turn off all filters of graph, still nothing.

The thing is, my session stats still update with no issue, it's just the graph part that appears to have died.

I have restarted and tried everything I can think of to no avail.

I tried it again this morning, but same same.

Any help is appreciated.

I am having the same issue.

-My graph shows the correct won/lost amount, but the line itself seems stuck.
-I have taken several screen shots of this at various intervals of my session, if that would help.
-Running 1.08.04 and have both HEM and OM.
-Have hands from both FTP and PS in this session, if that makes a difference.

The last 25 hands are the exact same on all three screens.

So, not ok at all.

I didn't do anything really, it just started working. I am not sure that it needs fixing at this point, since the problem is not occurring. I was more irritated with the dismissal and lack of a reply than anything. If it comes up again it will be nice to know it can be handled.

There have been some recent gaps in support response as some employees left, and netsrak and I were hired. It shouldn't be an issue in the future. I usually come to the forums every 2 or 3 hours and stay here until all the new posts are replied to if necessary. Netsrak is in Europe and I am in the Stats so there should be a pretty good overlap to cover the odd hours.

I have worked customer support for CardRunners for over 18 months now, so I get it :)

Usually I just message Roy when I have an issue, but I searched the forums and saw this thread so I thought I would add to it.

I did not mean to sound crass, but I hated not being answered, as I am sure you can understand.
