Hi all.
i'm testing hem2 on ongame network (giocodigitale.it)
Everytime i play more than 400 hands, hem2 doesn't continue to refresh the active session summary.
This happens every time the hand history file exceeds the size of 500 kb

Im having a similar problem, everything is fine for a while then the HUD randomly stops updating and I have to copy/paste the HH.txt to a new folder and re-import it (or close ongame and start import).

Using the latest HEM (not hem2) and WinXP. This is for cash games (6max) not tournaments.

In the latest version (5300) the problem still persists.
I Have the problem that the hud stops updating too but in hem2 for cash games. (I don't know for tournaments)

I just passed this onto sarek. I can't find tables on ongame at this time of day.

Played 260 hands (hh file size was 250k) - lost all money I had there :) AllinEV is 0, btw
Will deposit more and try to get over 500k file.

I managed to play more than 500 hands and not lose :o
The same 6max cash tables as you. And the same WinXP.
File size at the end was 550K - and all worked fine.
Hands imported, Current session updates, HUD shown without brakes, etc.
Nothing special in comparison with playing 5...10...20 hands in session.
The only difference is HM2 build #
you have 5300, I played with latest internal 5387...

Sarek, I have win7 home premium. I don't know if this is important.
And I don't know where i can download the version 5387 to test it.

It is not downloadable - as there are things we are working on and do not want it out in this condition.

Please get it out... yesterday I had "some" PLO Cash tables going and a couple of MTT, HEM2 blocked on the Cash tables and working fine on the MTTs...

Please try again with 5525.

If the import doesn't work: are the handhistories written by the pokerclient? Can you import them manually?

i just downloaded and tryed the version 5525.
It still doesn't work.
The hh are written by the poker client.
manually i can import the hh file. but in the import status i read:
files imported: 1/1
hands imported: 0
hands/seconds: 0
duplicates:0
import errors:0
I attach the hh file with 10 hands played
31851

Attach hands to bug 3251 for ongame.

Make sure that you have updated to 5680 in 2.0 and 1.12.06 in 1.0

Please send us some of the hands, zipped, that are still not importing to hm2support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread.

Please specify if it is 1 or 2.
