@ 5037

Reports > Tournament > Tournaments. Right click on a tourney then select 'Edit', HM2 crashes with the comment "A software problem caused Hold'em Manager 2 to close unexpectedly.... "

Crash is repeatable and it doesn't matter which tourney is selected for editing. Screen shot shows tabs/panels/filters//etc just prior to crash.

Hi,

We will need your crash log.

Go to Hud Options > Config Properties > General Settings and tick Hud logging and restart Holdem Manager. The log is cleared each time HM2 restarts so make sure to zip up the log just after the crash AND BEFORE you restart HM2. You can send the log to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

Regards,

Ollie

Are tourney tags added later in the list of stats?

No they are not.

I tried adding the tourney tag column, then doing an edit and HM2 crashed again.

Add it to the front - this is being worked on.

I found out that the tourney $ EV stat removal caused crashes editing. I tried all the others.

You'll need to remove Tournaments Report in the reports folders in programfiles\holdemmanager2 folder and in

7: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

Showing hidden files: How to show hidden files in Windows 7 (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial151.html)

XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager
Showing hidden files: Microsoft Corporation (http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/windows/xp/all/proddocs/en-us/win_fcab_show_file_extensions.mspx?mfr=true)
and reinstall

http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_2_Beta.exe

while we fix this issue.
