Hi,
When in the 'initialize database cluster menu' while installing PostgreSQL, I applied all the specified changes. When I press next it says data directory error, and I cannot advance.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

I got through installing by unticking the initialize database cluster as suggested in a previous thread.
When I try to open HEM it says it cannot connect, then tries to open it and says it was unable to connect again.

Additionally, when I go to this http://holdemmanager.net/forum/showthread.php?t=8182
# For example:
#
# 102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server
# 38.25.63.10 x.acme.com # x client host
::1 localhost
************************************************** ****
2: Enter "127.0.0.1 localhost" (without the quotes) at the bottom of the
file
127.0.0.1 is already in the file above ::1 localhost
What do I do?

1. Go to C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\8.x\data and delete the postmaster.pid (NOTHING ELSE!)
2. Go to Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services and start the PostgreSQL service

I don't have a postmaster.pid file. I have a postmaster.opts, however.
