View Full Version : Ongame and Pokerstars: not all hands are imported

Hello

A fellow of pokerstrategy.com has reported me, that he has not all hands collected in an ongame room (871 insted of 650). He has the actual version 1.12.01. No hud is shown (the table manager is active). On Pokerstars, the hud is there, however he has lacks on his hand amount.

What could be the reason and what can he do?

It could be caused by a difference in his time and the poker client time - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/434/Adjust+Site+Import+Times

It could also be caused by a corrupt database:

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/98/How+to+Import+%26+Export+Hands
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
