No hero after reinstall

I just reinstalled HEM+ DB.
Im trying to set up my account as being hero, but it isnt finding my player.
It is finding everyone else at my table!

I know how to set up hero. I have done this multiple times.
I can find everyone at my table EXCEPT my own account.

Perhaps im not being clear as to what the problem is.
When i do setup Hero name and fill in my nickname, it is not coming up as if no hands are imported.
When I try any other name from people at my table it does find those players?! So import is not the problem.
Please help.
