HEM Stuck?

I've only been using it a few days. It started off working fine, but now it's stuck. Everytime I open it the import part says auto importing and shows the import progress bar, but never does anything. When I click stop, it says stopping , and just stays there stuck on that.

wtf is wrong with it???

Nvm, figured it out, had to disable UAC.
