View Full Version : HM doesn´t work - License Problem

Guys..
I´m have this problem for 2 weeks and nobody from HM help me.
When i start my HM shows a message that the software is validating. Than show a screen to activate my license (it already installed). Than i sellect my PC (PC #2) and then show another screen with a problem with my key.
I dont what to do. I asked several times to the support but nobody helped me.

Create a new text document in C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder by right clicking inside the folder on a blank space, choose New from the popup Menu and then choose text document and name it LicDebug with a capital L and D
LicDebug.txt
Open HM and register
Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file if it fixes the issue or not

Hi, I'm having the same problem I tried LicDebug and it did not work.

Please send a problem description, screenshots and the file reg.log (default path c:\program files(X86)\rvg software\holdemmanager\logs depending on your windows installation) with link to this thread and explanation to support@holdemmanager.com
