Thread title says it all. I just purchased the software and havent received my registration code. Will this really take 12 hours to process? The funds have already been removed from my bank account.

Please be patient, it can take up to 12 hours, try emailing sales@holdemmanager.net so we can track the payment faster

I have emailed, it's been over three hours AND the funds have been removed from my account hence why I do not understand why I am being asked to wait for something I have already purchased. I have bought other software online and have never had to wait for a registration code for longer than maybe 10 min. I'm just a little confused on the process here.

The process is not automatic yet, which method did you use? creditcard?

I didnt realize this was not automated. Thank you for your responses, your support seems to be better than most. I just received my code, cant wait to use your software. Thanks again.
