Speech recognition/nottaking

I ve been thinking about adding speech recognition for note taking as I simply dont have time to type or look at the keyboard while multitabling.
Maybe this is a feature that could be added by default or as an add on?
The accuracy of these speech programs isnt perfect but we d be using abbreviations like 3BL(3bet light) or TPGKaibr (doesnt let go of top pair good kicker,all in by river).

One of possibble troubles will be: it will try to recognize all it will hear... not only your notes

you d be speaking into the mic in your headset.
I m probably going to record my notes while playing and add them during my breaks for now. typing while playing is distracting.At least for me it is :).
